Lake Time!

We haven't made it to the lake as often as we'd have liked this summer, but last weekend we headed up.  We had no guests, and there were no neighbors around, so we really just enjoyed some good family hang-out time.  The boys are really into the jet ski right now.  With one of us home with Mikayla, the other one takes the boys on long trips around the lake.  The person at home gets good relaxing too while Mikayla naps! 

Mikayla is ready to go all the time.  She isn't afraid of anything, and couldn't wait for her turn on the jet ski.  I guess there is a first for everything, I just didn't know it would be at 19 months.  When we put her life jacket on, she just seemed to know that she was going to ride the jet ski.  When she gets up from her nap, she'll run outside and look out on the water and yell "Dada! Dada!"  The beach wasn't good enough.  (But the pictures sure are cute!)  And I love the one of the boys watching her go on her first jet ski ride.  They were so excited for her!
