Visit From Grandpa and Grandma

Well, let me first say that this was much more than just a visit. While all was seemingly good when Grandma and Grandpa first arrived, little did any of us know that a week into their visit the tables would turn so drastically.

Without them here to entertain the boys, get the boys to and from school, cook the meals, get the groceries, take on some nighttime feedings, and hold down the fort, we really wouldn't have made it.

Admist the turmoil, we did certainly share some good times as well, and even have a few pictures to show for it, despite my fatigue and stress, to put it mildly.

Here is a picture of Mikayla in the sweater made by her Great-Grandma (originally for Aunt Stacy) laying on the baby quilt that Grandma Vera made.

Scott likes to go pick up the kids from school on the bikes. He puts the two kids' bikes in the bike trailer for the way over.

They like to stop at the skate board park or the dirt bike park on the way home.

Well, it ain't no Van Gogh, but he was pretty proud.

On two occasions, TJ couldn't wait to get home from school to help Daddy power wash the driveway. Grandpa did have to finish the job, however...
