To observe your child getting excited about learning letters and writing his name is just so fulfilling! It sounds weird to hear myself say that, because for all us adults it is just such a natural process, but I am just so intrigued by the sheer concentration and intention that it takes for his little fingers to form these letters. To hear how he spells out his name each time he needs to write a new letter. He is so encouraged about being able to write!
This first one was a few days ago - came out amazingly well!
This second one cracks me up. He decided he wanted to write his full name. Halfway through "Schmucker," he started sighing after each letter, asking "more?" ( I think the "M" is my favorite!)
